This project was to create a conceptual drawing for a new ecocenter located at Saint-Jérôme, Québec. The first step of this contract was to create the layout by positionning all the elements on the selected land. From there, the conceptual drawing was shared with architectural and civil firms which created a complete drawing set of the project.
You are looking at a 3D illustration that I’ve created to be printed on a billboard that will be located on construction site.
Client: BioEnertek, Inc
This project was consisting of illustrating a biomethanization plan in 3D for presentation and sales purpose. Beside this 3D illustration, using Autocad, a layout was done to locate each element on Google satellite view. If you have any question or interest in that kind of system, I’m inviting you to contact Philippe Laurencelle, owner of BioEnertek at this email address: info@bioenertek.com

Client: Delta Hydronics
From the instructions of Rick Murray, president and engineer at Delta Hydronics (www.deltahydro.com), we designed and elaborated the drawings of those heating/chilling unit with the help of Autodesk Inventor. Those units are using a Titanium coil to for heat transfer. They are used in aquariums, zoos, aquaculture facility and hydroponic recirculation systems. This unit comes in different model from 1.5 to 5 Ton.

This product (Titanium Heat Exchanger) was developed by Delta Hydronics LLC (www.deltahydro.com) under the brand name HydroMarine. I did help them to create the 3D model and create the detailed drawings for fabrication of custom pieces. The 3D model was executed under Autodesk Inventor as well as the final render. This image is used on their website and their product catalogs for marketing and technical purposes.
I’ve designed this device to automatically fill hydroponics production pond with water. This device is using an Arduino micro-controller to activate a relay that will open/close an actuated ball-valve. There is 2 circuits per device. Each circuit got a low and high float sensors. When the 2 floats are in low position, the pond is getting filled. When the 2 floats return to high position then the ball-valve close. This 2 floats sensors avoid any short cycling. Plus, the micro-controller have a delay of 10 seconds before sending a signal to the relay.

On this project, I’ve created cabinet 3D models to be able to illustrate the assembly, step by step, in several assembly manuals. From drawers cabinets to top corner cabinets. 3D. The final result is a letter format folded booklet.
