1. General
This website is operated by Philip Rivard, located in Montréal, Québec, Canada. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of digital products (Autodesk Inventor parametric model files and related content) through philiprivard.com.
2. Digital Products
All products sold on this website are digital downloads (files in .ipt, .xlsx, or other digital formats). Products are delivered electronically upon completion of payment. No physical goods are shipped.
3. License
Upon purchase, Philip Rivard grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the purchased digital files. This license permits:
- Use on your own personal or professional projects
- Use in a commercial context (e.g., engineering design, MEP projects, client deliverables)
- Modification of files for your own use
This license explicitly prohibits:
- Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the original or modified files with third parties
- Publishing or uploading the files to any public or private file-sharing platform
- Sublicensing or transferring the license to another individual or organization
- Using the files to create competing products for sale
If multiple users within the same organization require access, a separate license must be purchased for each user.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a file has been downloaded.
However, if you experience a technical issue with your purchase (e.g., corrupted file, incorrect file delivered, or the file does not match its description), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at

All digital files, content, and materials available on philiprivard.com are the intellectual property of Philip Rivard unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright of the files to the buyer.
Spears Manufacturing dimension data used in our parametric models is sourced from publicly available Spears Manufacturing product catalogs. Philip Rivard is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spears Manufacturing Company.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
All digital products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Philip Rivard does not warrant that the files will be error-free, or that they will meet your specific requirements. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the files are compatible with their software version and workflow before use in any project.
Dimensions included in parametric models are based on publicly available manufacturer catalog data and are provided for reference and modeling purposes only. They should not be used as a substitute for official engineering specifications or certified manufacturer documentation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Philip Rivard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of any digital product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.
